It's great that you're considering hiring a personal trainer in Eindhoven. This is the first step in the right direction. Maybe you’ve already got a clear goal in mind, or maybe you have no idea where to start. Don’t worry, we will figure it out together!

One-on-one training sessions allow you to get the most out of your time and energy because the focus is 100% on you. I'll help push you to your limit, and — when necessary — take a step beyond it. And not only on a physical level — I also help you discover and maintain the right mindset. That way I can coach you to a better, fitter ‘2.0’ version of yourself.

 

Introduction

Before we can get started on mapping out your personal fitness plan, I need to know who is in front of me. So we always start with an intro meeting where we discuss what you want to achieve, whether those goals are achievable, how much time we will need to get there, and what types of sports you like most.

 

Then I'll work on a tailor-made program that suits your lifestyle, rhythm and — of course — your goals. Through this personal program, based on both training and rest, I make sure that we work towards your goals within an agreed-upon time period. That way, you know exactly where you stand.

 

The roadmap

  1. Intake conversation

       During our intro meeting, we map out your wishes and goals. We also discuss all the possible types of sports workouts that we can use going forward.

  1. Fit test
    What is your current state? With the fit test we measure all aspects of your fitness, inside and out, including your physical strength, stamina and weight. I also analyze how you move so that we can rule out any imbalances. It might sting a little to see your initial results, but these figures are just the starting point of your journey. From here on out, things will get better, I promise.
  2. Quotation

       With your personal goal and fit test results in mind, I develop a program that meets your needs.

  1. Invoicing
    If you are satisfied with your plan of action, you will receive an invoice for all appointments. You pay these in advance, so you always have an incentive to get off the couch and work on getting your killer body.
  2. Training
    Everything clear? Then let's kick some ass! Responsibly, of course. We’ve got to build up the program step by step, prevent pesky injuries, and work effectively towards your final goal.
